SHIPPING & RETURNS

Since the majority of the items that are being sold at Luxe Bayong are preloved or pre-owned, all sales are final. This means that No Returns/ Switches/Swap/Exchanges are allowed. 

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights. Domestic purchases made online for products within the USA can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase should they not be as described, defective or it fails to perform as described.

 

Please note that International sales or any item purchased outside of USA are not eligible for refunds.

In the unlikely event that the item you receive doesn’t match the description of the item, or the condition, or the item is proven to be non-authentic, you will be eligible to return the item for a full refund. 

 

Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment wherever possible.  If you have any changes to your payment method, please make us aware of them when requesting the return.

Returns Eligibility

​

• The item(s) must be received back in the same condition it was received in. All tags and labels must be intact, and the item should not show signs of wear/additional wear. Should the returns label be removed this will void the refund policy.  

• Please take the same care when packaging your return as we took when we originally shipped to you to avoid any damage that could jeopardize your refund.

• We do not cover the cost of your return, so please make sure you send the item back using a tracked and insured service with adequate packaging for transit. 

• You may return your item to via post or in person.

• Returns can take up to 7 working days to process from when we receive them as they need to go through another authentication process.

• Please note that because items are pre-loved, we cannot guarantee any item with relation to how it will wear or function in the future.

 

Exchanges or credit notes/voucher can take up to 7 working days to process from when we receive your return.
