When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.

How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How do you communicate with your site visitors?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

Payment Options

Purchasing Options:
We offer a wide variety of modes of payments such as Affirm, Credit card, Debit card, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, ApplePay, etc. We will announce all additional modes of payments that will be available on our site.

Pay in Full: If the item is paid in full, it will be shipped within 48 to 72 hrs via USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking emailed.
Purchased with Payment Plan:
If the item was purchased via Payment plan, the item will be shipped via UPS, UPS or FedEx once the payment plan is fully completed and the item is paid off.
A 30% deposit will secure the item. Balance MUST be paid within:

Luxe Bayong Payment Plan
30 Days, for items costing $1,000 and below;
45 Days, for items costing more than $1,000 but less than $2,000;
60 Days for items costing $2,000 but less than $3,000;

75 Days for items costing above $3,000
 

Please note: Payment plan Deposits are NON Refundable!

No exchanges, trades or switches. NO exceptions.

Shipping and Processing

Costs
At LUXE BAYONG we offer free domestic shipping within the continental United States.  For shipments outside of the US, we will quote shipping at the time of purchase based on going rates for the size and weight of the item.

 

Carriers

We utilize USPS or UPS in most cases but for International may also consider FedEx and DHL.  We always look for a balance between cost and time to deliver.  Buyers may choose to purchase Insurance and we highly recommend that, particularly for higher value items, overseas shipping or during peak times for “porch pirate” activity.

 

Processing Time

Generally, we package and ship your items within 2-3 business days of final payment being received.  If there is any reason for a delay beyond this, we will reach out to you.  Once your item is packaged and ready to go, you will be provided with a tracking number.

 

Additional Information

Discrepancies between billing and shipping information may cause a delay. For that reason, we will only ship the item on the shipping information stated in your profile. We may also contact you for address discrepancies and clarifications, so please provide phone numbers for both billing and shipping.


All orders will ship with signature required due to the value of most of our items.  This is to protect us both and ensure you safely get the item you requested. To request shipping without a signature, please waive the signature requirement. By waiving the signature, the buyer accepts the full financial responsibility for the item once we have shipped it.

 

Please note that from time to time we may experience delays with shipping that are beyond our control.

International Purchases

Additional Charges

The customer/buyer is responsible for any charges that may be applied by customs such as duties or import taxes or any other applicable fees imposed by your destination country.  Please note that we will declare items at full value, indicate that the item is “used” when shipped internationally.  Please understand that we cannot label items as “gifts”.   
 

Legal Restrictions

The customer/buyer is responsible for the items purchased and takes accountability for any item ordered that may violate laws for your destination country.


International Currency

All prices on our website or in our Live Selling Events are quoted in US Dollars and do not include import taxes, customs duties and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country.  Please understand, we cannot provide exchange rate information.
